Here it is only allowed to hire children with Down syndrome. In fact, they are the ones who take care of everything: from work in the kitchen, in the dining room, to the harvest, all salaried with vaucher. Some of them today also carry out teaching and educational farm activities for newcomers or guest children, and there are those who reinvest their salary in improving the structure.  Here the welcome and the joy  are a guarantee.
